City Station North is the fourth project developed from Congress-Ferry Street Corridor Redevelopment master plan. It differs from the other sites which were focused on student housing and retail street frontages. This project combines Class A offices with market-rate upscale apartments. A one-story podium parking garage is topped by four occupied stories: an apartment complex covering two-thirds of the podium floorplate and an office building occupying the remaining third.
