QPK Design is Design Architect and Architect-of-Record for Deerfield Place, a 156-unit apartment and townhome complex in Utica NY.

The development consists of garden-style apartments and townhomes with a mix of one- two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Each apartment has a private entry and private connected garage.

The project also includes a 3,400 SF community clubhouse with fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, large community lounge room and management offices.
