Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, passionately motivated professional to fill an Intermediate Level Healthcare Project Manager/Project Architect role.

Takes primary responsibility for participating in and orchestrating healthcare projects, working with consultants, code enforcement officials, suppliers, contractors, and the Owner.  Potential to assist in identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts and managing project finances.

Essential qualities for excelling in this role:

• Provides design and construction documentation and assists in managing a variety of healthcare projects ranging from small to large and complex medical facilities.

• Collaborates with other team members on overall project goals and constraints including client objectives, design criteria, construction, design budget parameters and schedule requirements.

• Interact and communicate effectively with other team members, the client and external agencies.

• Assure execution and assist with quality control activities for all architectural and engineering elements on a project.

Business Development Opportunities:

• Develop new client relationships.

• Support overall healthcare marketing efforts in the development of expansion of the Healthcare Market.

• Participate in marketing presentations and interviews.

Qualifications/Skills/Abilities:

• Architectural Degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in specialized market segment.

• Architectural License / Registration within the USA.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in all phases and aspects of large and complex-scale medical facilities projects required.

• Production of project design and construction documentation in Autodesk Revit

• Code research and reports

• Project manuals and specifications.

Training:

• In-house training is provided on Office Standards, Revit Standards, and professional practice.

• Weekly Lunch and Learn vendor accredited presentations.

References required.

Primary responsibility for rendering full range of civil engineering services from project inception through post occupancy. On projects, the Civil Engineer may be the primary contact for the Owner, the consultants, the code enforcement officials, and the suppliers and contractors.
