We believe in mentorship and training on a daily basis; the office is a collaborative environment where each project is a team effort and in-house experts are often consulted to provide guidance and knowledge for every unique project. We also share our knowledge formally through seminars that we call QPK University. These presentations range in topics, but their goal is to grow the office practice together and communicate best practices and methods.
