Clay Eye Center

This renovation transformed an existing 1-story 2,800 SF “grocery mart” into a state-of-the-art ophthalmology/one-day surgery procedure center. The practice provides ophthalmic care for adults and pediatric patients offering examinations, refractions, surgical procedures and eyewear.

The new facility design includes individual offices for the Doctor and staff, a lunch room, and a large, bright, and comfortable waiting area with an optical retail store.

Interior upgrades included new paint, flooring, millwork, lighting, furniture, and mechanical, electrical, and HVAC engineering.
