Great Northern Mall (the “GNM”) is a $700M proposed the project encompasses over 1,200 market-rate units, 200,000 SF of shops and restaurants, 400 workforce housing units, up to seven hotels, a 250,000+SF Regional Medical Center with a hotel, a new town square and entertainment district including a grocery store, outdoor gathering spaces featuring a winter ice rink, and several retail out parcels. The Project’s Entertainment and Commercial District will house restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and unique entertainment options. The commercial spaces will serve the project’s residents, Micron employees, and existing residents in search of dining and entertainment choices.

  • The Property will provide quality luxury and workforce housing including a self-imposed restriction on a portion of units for middle-income households (earning up to the Onondaga County median income of $93,300) that desire to live in Town of Clay.

  • The buildings will be designed to be highly energy efficient. All appliances will be EnergyStar rated and all of the major mechanical systems for heating and cooling will be electric.

  • The Property will boast of several amenities including tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts, fitness and community rooms, outdoor community spaces, public gardens, and adjacency to community serving retail and entertainment.

  • The Property will feature a thoughtful, sustainable design that re-knits and complements the architectural character of the neighborhood and public green spaces.
