With over 14 years of professional experience, Andy Wright will serve as Project Manager for the project. He will oversee and manage the Design Team and be responsible for conducting field investigation and analysis, quality control and technical reviews, interpreting code requirements, cost estimating, and execution of this project from programming to concepts and design phases through construction administration phase.
