Springhill Suites by Marriott

QPK Design planned and designed this 4-story custom Springhill Suites for 119 guest rooms complete with fitness center, pool with outdoor lounge area, and large oval gathering area adjacent to reception.

The exterior design incorporated brick material (Town requirement) in conjunction with synthetic stucco to accomplish a modern stylistic vocabulary that reflected the overall brand concept. The modern facade was punctuated by the sweeping roof design of the brand’s signature porte-cochere.
